How long does it take?
Most signs go from survey to switch-on in 3–4 weeks. Simple non-illuminated signs can be quicker; large bespoke projects we'll give you an exact date at quote stage.
Do I need planning permission for a sign?
Most standard fascia signs on your own premises are covered by deemed consent, so no application is needed. Illuminated, oversized, projecting or conservation-area signage sometimes needs express advertisement consent — checking this is part of our free survey, so you'll know exactly where you stand before you commit.
What does it cost?
Less than you'd expect — we consistently beat like-for-like quotes for the same sign. Every job is priced from a free survey, and the visual and quote cost you nothing.
What about the warranty?
Two years on the sign, one year on the installation. We hold spare LED drivers and modules locally, so if anything fails it's repaired in days — not shipped away for weeks.
How does payment work?
50% deposit when you approve the visual and quote, balance on completion — after the sign is up, certified and switched on.

All of Northern Ireland and Ireland. Surveys are free anywhere in NI; for jobs further afield just send us a photo and dimensions to get started.
